Overall, the cruise was as expected with a superb itinery. The ship was big, glizzy but stylish. Priority embarkation in malaga was given to cruise agency groups, rather tha other guests, which proved priority embarkation a nonsense. The Purple Crab Restaurant was very well organised thanks to our allocated staff team for our Table 295: JEMMELYN HEAD WAITER TRY WAITER Abhishek asst. WAITER These staff need to be recognised for their commitment to their job, their customer service, personality and prompt service with great attention to detail. We commend them with the highest regard and they should be appropriatley rewarded. The sky view bar was also well organised and waiter josue should equally be appropriately rewarded for his excellent service. Our stateroom was carefully serviced twice a day by steward mammy , who also should be recognised for his attention to detail and commitment to his job. The facilities were very good. The market place buffet was horrendous. Very difficult to find seating at anytime. Food was good but repetative. There was a tremendous amount of food wastage by greedy passengers, filling plates to overflowing and then leaving most of it. Entertainment was good. Excellent brazillian singers and musicians. Superblly skilled dancers. State of the art features for selecting a deck on the lifts prior to entering the allocated lift , reduced waiting time for arrival of lift was excellent. Giant ipads around the ship or using the msc app, to pre-book shows also was a very good idea. There were 3 shows each evening, so guaranteed to get a seat foe most shows. Dissembarkation was horrendous. Nobody kept to their allocated dissembarkation time and at times became dangerous, as people trying to get out of lifts were confronted with hundreds of passengers with no direction, in dead end corridors from the lifts. This must be addressed urgently. Reception front desk were dissintesrested in providing help. Also allowing guests to queue jump ahead of passengers already in line to be served !! Overall, an enjoyable cruise.
