Jade Staff is excellent, all areas had wonderful staff. Casino - nice variety of games, nice dealers, NOT GOOD - the bar system seems a bit ineffective in terms of serving us in sequence.. is there a possibility of a number tab system. It feels like that would make us all feel that we were not overlooked in that busy arena. Photography department was a struggle for us. We had an issue with our lanyard but we were told 'the only one who can issue a replacement is the manager' which meant we had to return on his schedule. What would happen if each staff had the ability to replace defective lanyards? Buffet was excellent. We loved the 'washy-washy girls' and the singing coffee girls. We really appreciated when we needed something a little different, it was immediately provided. Client Services/Reservations - great staff there, helpful and always able to provide information and results. Wine List - excellent and the house wine was quite tasty. Restaurants were much fun - loved the presentations in speciality dining rooms. The shows, overall, were excellent. Housekeeping, always ready to assist and provide whatever we wanted. Great bunch. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE..... Something on walls to show us the way forward (we remember fishes on carpets, but even fish appliques on walls in halls would help us. We really miss the calendar of all the week's events. We know we can go get one every day, but it's a bit inconvenient. We miss being to be able to see our running account online, from our room, at our leisure. We know you will iron out the problems with the app and cell phones and we look forward to that. We don't need a ship's tour, but a small addition to the notebooks in our staterooms telling us more about how the ship functions (that food is composted into fish pellets?? wow!, a bit about the water system, a bit about how folks can have a career, a short history of the ships voyages - I know i can get that in that small room off the bridge, but it would be nice to have it be a part of our stateroom notebook) We miss towels being offered as we disembark... going from 4 to 12 and back to 4 for towels....geez...
