An excellent value for money cruise. Super itinerary with lots of time in ports so no hurrying to get back. What was great: Cabins Food. Food in MDR was some of the best I've had. Ship condition Staff Formal night. Everyone made a real effort which is quite rare on ships these days. What was good: Entertainment No hassle to spend extra money. Nice to have a cost upfront without having to pay extra gratuities on top What were the negatives: Queues at certain times. 2 hours from arriving at the terminal queue to getting onboard. This was a real struggle to some of the older passengers. Then a manual muster drill where all 6000 passengers at the same time had to go and get manually signed off for muster due to an IT issue. This resulted in another 1 hour queue. Then queues at disembark for Rotterdam of 45 mins. Overall, a lot better than I expected. Would have no hesitation in booking again with them.
